I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel. The complete lack of responsibility from the staff was shocking, and it made our stay feel like a waste of time and money. There was nothing positive to take away from our experience.

“Dzolim”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Being far from Surabaya, I had paid a total of 254rb for two rooms through the booking app, but the hotel claimed they no longer worked with the booking partner and told me to request a refund instead. However, the booking clearly stated that it was non-refundable. This was a huge letdown, and I felt cheated out of my hard-earned money. I'm still fuming about the whole experience.

“We enjoyed the city centre vicinity and friendly staff. The foyer was also great to have a coffee in the morning”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel welcoming. However, the rooms and bedding left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The bathrooms were also quite small, and the shower was replaced with a cold water barrel and scoop, which, although a local adaptation, was not ideal, especially when it started overflowing and made the bathroom floor slippery.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its proximity to our destination. However, the area was surprisingly quiet and lacked any sort of atmosphere or excitement.
