Breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean and tidy, plenty of bottled water, and the staff were very courteous and polite.

“Good experience, is all what a family vacation needs to have for a hotel”

Convenient spot next to the train station. Staff are friendly, laundry was provided, thanks for early check‑in. Supper was included too. Breakfast spread was good. Free water, bottled tea, and coffee bags were nice. No need to change towels every day. Ear cotton buds should be supplied.

“In Shanghai”

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good with many traditional items, and the shops and transport links were very close. Near the location there were also many sights to visit. Unfortunately, two issues bothered me: first, nowhere did it say that there were rooms without windows facing the outside; we booked two rooms and they had windows that looked into a hallway. Second, the clothes sent to the laundry came back stained; we couldn't return them for a fix because we were leaving the next morning.
