Everything worked well overall. Almost all entertainment staff spoke a language other than English, which made it hard to understand what was happening. Otherwise, it’s an awesome place and I’ll definitely return.

I liked the sea view from the room. The hotel is old and hasn’t been renovated; the shower and plumbing fixtures are rusty. The Luna Park only has two adult rides working; the rest are old and non‑functional.

The staff were great.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Madame Ayfer, whom I thank a lot. The food was very good and varied, and the pool and beach were pleasant. The bedding needs replacing and is not comfortable at all. I would have liked a wider selection of Turkish desserts.

The resort is a very nice family place with most activities on site, plus internal transport to Aquapark, Luna Park, and a kids’ club, several swimming pools, a beach next to the property, an indoor pool, a spa, and several restaurants (some require advance booking coordinated with staff, and no charge for booking). There is a well‑organized evening schedule for both adults and children, and the staff are very good and try hard to provide comfort at all times. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had a large balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. The resort was largely renovated, but some details were not updated, mostly electrical ones: an old cooling unit that can’t cool the room, an old LCD TV, and a newly renovated elevator that still has cracks and the corridor flooring needs work, as does the corridor lighting. The main restaurant is always crowded, but food is available all the time, and the other restaurants (Turkish, Mexican, Italian, seafood) require advance booking, which is not easy to get. The “Coker Sils” restaurant is very good and open 24 hours, but seating is limited. Thirdly, the situation is based on the user’s own experience, not the institution: guests staying in the hotel in the morning or sometimes even at night book a pool chair with a towel and only bring it at noon; they try to get a chair near the pool, most are booked while the pool is empty.
