“Enjoyable”
Everything was perfect, nothing was lacking.
The location and staff were good, but the linen cleanliness was lacking.

The place sits right next to Darling Harbour and offers great value for the price. The traffic outside was noisy, and I had to wait until the next day to find the earplugs they had supplied.

The location suited my needs and the bed was comfortable; everything was clean and neat, and the check‑in staff member was friendly and helpful, but the traffic noise at night and in the morning, with no soundproofing, made sleeping difficult—so I had to buy earplugs after the first night—and there was also an unidentified strange smell in the kitchen.
