“Hermoso, pero con unos detalles.”

The place was pretty, the view was gorgeous, the room was cozy, quiet, and spotless. It was perfect for rest because there were no noises, lights, smells or unpleasant stimuli. The bathtub had hot water. The fireplace was very pretty. The shower was spacious. The staff were friendly. Even though the staff were friendly, there were many times when the front desk was empty and no one was available to help us. At night we wanted extra blankets, but no one was there to get them even though we called the phone and went to reception several times. The breakfast tigrillo tasted too much like garlic, but it was very complete. Even though it’s a lovely place to rest, you must be sure to have everything you need because it’s too far from Otavalo. We forgot a medication and had to travel 30 minutes each way at night to buy it. It was exhausting even though we were there to rest. It would be nice if they had marshmallows for the fireplace.

The cleaning and facilities were very comfortable, a suitable space for rest. I went with a small child, and there was a part in the forest with games that were not in good condition and needed maintenance.
