The view of Lake Garda was beautiful and there was a private beach access, yet the whole place feels a bit dated and no longer 4‑star; the armchair and bed were sagging, and three older travel groups stayed there, making meals stressful with a crowded buffet, and the evening live music was geared toward the older crowd.

As usual the view and weather were fine, but the garden‑view room was so noisy that even a normal conversation could not be held without the neighbor hearing everything, the staff were in a cramped area and made noise until two a.m., the room was dirty, and we had no blankets—really disappointed, it had been different before.

The area and service were good and the pools were nice, but the kitchen was awful, you couldn’t eat there, it didn’t live up to 4 stars, we got sick twice with severe intoxication, and there were many incidents.

“Gutes Hotel für Familien. Wir würden es aber nicht mehr buchen.”

Top Lage, toller Service, nette Mitarbeiter, sauber. Zimmer abgewohnt!! Hotel sehr hellhörig!!! Leider lässt das Benehmen einiger Gäste sehr zu wünschen übrig! Nach Mitternacht laute Musik, Party und Türen knallen ist nicht so Lustig, zumal auch Familien mit Kleinkindern ihre Ruhe brauchen. Da sollte das Hotel Regeln aufstellen und auch kontrollieren!!!!
