We stayed at The Parallel Hotel, Baku for seven nights and it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had; the location is superb and surrounded by bakeries, stationery shops and many restaurants, such as Nuxa, a premium spot, a popular sushi place and other local eateries all within easy reach, which made our stay even more enjoyable; what really set the hotel apart were the people, from the moment we arrived late at night we felt welcomed, with special thanks to Emir, the Night Front Desk Manager, whose kindness, professionalism and deep knowledge of Baku made a remarkable difference, guiding us on places to visit, helping plan our outings and always offering assistance with a smile; the morning front desk team, especially Nicat and Ziba, were equally impressive, consistently polite, attentive and proactive in handling all our requests promptly and going out of their way to help my wife whenever needed, making us feel genuinely cared for; breakfast was another highlight, with fresh, delicious food featuring a wonderful selection of locally sourced items, all prepared to a very high standard, and special appreciation for the kitchen team, especially Zicat and Natavan, who were always warm, kind and incredibly helpful; the housekeeping team, including Sona, Matanet, Gulnaza and Aybaniz, consistently maintained our room to an excellent standard, with outstanding attention to detail, friendliness and efficiency.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Baku; the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable; the location was convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Baku and visiting its main attractions; they surprised my mum for her birthday with cake; thank you to the team for making my stay so pleasant; I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku and would love to return in the future!
