We loved everything. We fell completely in love with the hotel from the moment we stepped in. The design and décor are exquisite and make you feel at home right away. The rooms are large, comfortable, and beautiful, and having access to a terrace with a jacuzzi was an incredible luxury. The gym and pool add another highlight: exercising with a sea view and then taking a refreshing swim is a perfect way to spend a day. We also want to highlight the staff’s kindness and courtesy—wonderful, caring people who are always attentive and close. We can’t find the words to describe the experience at this hotel: it made our stay in Las Terrenas absolutely unforgettable!

The property is beautiful, full of plants and a spacious layout. It faces the sea and is close to restaurants and the beach. It turned out smaller than I expected and is on a busy street. The bathroom layout is a bit odd, but it’s clean and functional.

I loved the staff, who always make sure you feel comfortable, and the spaces. Everything feels boutique and well thought out; the room was clean, the bed really comfortable, and everything was prepared in advance. The pool was warm, which was great because it was raining a little that day. The breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade—cereal was a little stale and some options weren’t what I expected. The drinks are excellent and the coffee selections were great.

The location and atmosphere in the patio with the super mattress are great. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit too small.
