“Rooms have roaches and the cleaning crew dont clean”

The location suited our needs, yet the rooms were awful: the first had roaches and was filthy, the second had blood on the sheets, the third was okay but the AC had to be set to freezing or the room smelled like urine; I had to pack my bags and move rooms three times, and the staff seemed unsurprised by the roaches.

“Horrible, we were in the room for 30 minutes, just enough time to find another place to stay for the night.”

Nothing good to say—since we didn’t even stay, the sheets were stained with hair, and the floor was missing wood in several spots, I wouldn’t sleep in that bed.

“Get what you pay for?”

The bed cost and comfort were good, but the pet policy is why we keep coming back to Red Roof. The bathroom and floors could have been cleaner—why don't your cleaning staff clean the floors? Every single Red Roof I've stayed at has dirty floors; I don't get it. The bathroom was gross.
