The setting in a sweet village was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The pub offered a wide selection of delicious ales and the menu looked great, with staff who were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and suitable for a single night, and the food at the pub was excellent with friendly, accommodating staff. However, there was no television, the curtains barely closed and were heavily stained, and the walk from the road to the room was unpleasant, untidy, and uninviting. For the price, a little more effort would have been appreciated.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the curtains had stains and didn’t fit the windows; the door had a see‑through net right opposite the bed. The chairs were uncomfortable, the table was very small, and the price felt too high for the stay. There was also no television.

Everything was perfect for us and our dogs; the back yard was fantastic for them to explore. The property was spotless, the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable, and the bed linens were crisp and clean. The pub’s food was excellent, and we enjoyed spending the afternoon in the garden. We would definitely return when we’re in the area. Thank you.

This place is great, set in a beautiful location with lovely views across open fields. The accommodation is immaculate and very cozy, and the owner and all staff are very friendly. The pub next door has a nice atmosphere and great food, and the village is picturesque. I’ll definitely come back. Great find!
