The air conditioning should stay on in the rooms because the place gets hot.

Arrived to find the place abandoned, no one there, dirty sheets, no lights, basically a mess. I was shocked, had to scramble for another room on the spot and now I'm waiting for a refund. It was a total let‑down, especially with my daughter there.
