The restaurant runs superbly, the staff are very polite and friendly, service is swift, breakfasts and dinners are varied with plenty of fruit, vegetables, salads and desserts, and fish and meat are always available. The hotel staff do everything to keep you comfortable. There are two convenient sea entrances that hit deep water right away, a lively coral reef with lots of fish, and absolute quiet—no crowds, discos or other distractions. It’s a perfect spot to escape the hustle.

The breakfast and dinner are buffet‑style with a German touch, run by German owners, and there’s a Bedouin tent for tea; the house reef snorkeling is insane, and they also run scuba diving trips—just check the current offers so you can plan ahead.

The location is great, right on the sea and practically in the middle of the desert, but some items need renovation, like the beach umbrella stands, windbreakers, straw platforms, and the mattresses on the beach chairs.
