The location is great, the view of the market square is lovely, breakfast is excellent, the host is warm, and there’s a modern underground parking nearby. Everything is perfect.

The spot is very nice, right on the main square, which is lively especially in the mornings. Breakfast is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a convenient parking spot just around the corner. Good restaurants are right nearby. The entrance to the building and the access were noticeably less good than the accommodation itself.

Beware. I booked a room here, but received several concerning spam/false confirmation messages from different accounts to my personal phone number on WhatsApp, showing that the hotel clearly had a security breach and my personal information was exposed. Because these messages contained personal details and my stay info, I was worried about my safety. I asked for a cancellation and refund, but the hotel refused to cancel. They also claimed only one message sent to me was fake, yet after reviewing the subsequent messages, all of them were fake.

“Soggiorno piacevole per accoglienza e camera ottima con vista deliziosa sulla piazza di Bassano”

The experience was excellent; the room was spacious, clean, and offered a delightful view of Bassano’s square. Carlotta was friendly and helpful with information and welcome, parking was convenient just a few steps away, and another very helpful colleague met me at breakfast. The only flaw with the room is that the bathroom door doesn’t close properly.
