The staff were incredibly patient and helpful even when they were very busy; they took the time to accommodate all my last‑minute changes and needs. The accommodations matched the description and were delightful. The pool, cabana, and waitstaff were all wonderful.

I never got to use the amenities with the family I brought. I was assaulted by my boyfriend’s family, some of the assault happened right outside on the corner of the hotel’s property, and the footage from Aug 9th is flagged and not deleted or wiped away; it actually started on the beach 108 all the way back to the Rockaway Deli and across the street to the Rockaway Hotel.

The rooftop bar offered 360‑degree views—beach on one side, NYC skyline on the other. The pool area, the staff, and the overall beauty of the hotel were excellent. The TV was oddly placed in our room. Bad weather on our first day made it hard to stay comfortable while watching a movie, and the shower was a little tricky to figure out.

Careful of these people, they overcharge the hell ourt of you. They charged me nearly $1000 more. The one evening I forgot my card at the table as well and the waitress charged me double what I wrote down. Pathetic
