The location was superb, the staff were kind, and the cleanliness and spaciousness were impressive.
We had a wonderful stay at Palm Terrace. The place is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible view and such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The food was fantastic, and the staff were genuinely kind, attentive and always happy to help. A truly lovely place to slow down, relax and enjoy the surroundings. We would definitely love to come back! ❤️
The service and hospitality we experienced here in Bali are unmatched anywhere else in the world. Palm Terrace, along with its staff, is a truly special spot in eastern Bali. The people here are genuinely human! It's hard to cover everything, because everything is just so perfect. The attention to detail – and especially the people with such kind hearts – made it unforgettable. We’ll return and hope that this special place in eastern Bali remains in its original form for a long time. For us, this part of the world, as it is, is still a wonderful place.
