We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

I really liked the location and this place is value for money; you can also get free water, and the staff are friendly, although the lighting in the room is not that great.

Despite having a few issues, the hotel staff were always willing to help and made an effort to make my stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the room had some significant problems, such as dirty bedding that was replaced but still dirty, and a lack of a window, which wasn't mentioned when I booked. The bathroom window led directly to the hallway, and the shower was located just around the corner. Overall, it was my worst hotel experience in Indonesia after two weeks of traveling.
