The facilities were exactly what we needed: comfortable rooms with well‑furnished bathrooms and air conditioning, comfy beds, parking, and the reception staff were very helpful, greeting us at various times; highly recommended. No negative comments.

The staff were very friendly, yet the shower water kept leaking, the drain was faulty, the room flooded, and our clothes on the floor got wet 😫.

The rooms were extremely clean and pleasant.

Everything was very clean and the service was excellent, but some guests might have been smoking in their rooms or in the hallway, and the smell lingered in the room during the early morning.

Excellent service and attention from the housekeeping and restaurant staff; Angie at reception was very attentive, helpful, and full of positive energy. We had an amazing few days in Medellín and everything about the stay went smoothly.
