The room stayed quiet and the beds were super comfy. It’s a block from the subway, close to many restaurants and cafes, and just three blocks from Central Park. The elevator, however, moved too slowly.

The hotel feels classic and timeless, and the location is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful. I’ve stayed there two years running from London. The staff go above and beyond, warm and friendly. I especially want to thank Laughter for being polite, warm, and gracious every single day without fail. All the doormen are exceptional, friendly, sincere, and kind.
