The place was spot on - clean, comfy, and really quiet
It's right by the beach and clubhouse, but not so close that you hear any noise
The caravan was really beautiful, and it had everything we needed
This place is really good for families - it's got plenty of room

We were greeted warmly right from the start, the place was spotless, and the on‑site location was unbeatable.
Everything was very clean and comfortable.
“10 out of 10”
It was beautiful and well kept, and everything was lovely.
The location was perfect for visiting a friend in Burnham, and the accommodation was easy to reach and supplied everything we needed. However, I wasn’t sure the heating worked correctly; the hot water was great, but the radiators stayed cold even on chilly mornings. The owner inspected it and said it was functioning properly.
“Perfect ..lovely layout lovely location”
I loved the caravan—it was spotless and fully stocked, and the location was ideal; everything about it was great.
