Hotel Zlatý Chlum

The location was excellent, there was plenty of parking and a nice garden seating area. Breakfast was a generous buffet with a wide selection of food and drinks, and dinner offered decent Czech classics. My room was spacious and clean. The beds, however, were extremely hard and left my back and neck sore. The wardrobe was just shelves, so I couldn’t hang any clothes. The restaurant was not well‑kept – dust, cobwebs on the windows, sticky tables that hadn’t been wiped, and overall poor cleaning. Although the restaurant was supposed to stay open until 21:00, the staff started leaving at 20:00 (one evening even at 19:00).

“Fajne miejsce na weekendowy wyjazd”

The location is cool, right on the trail. There’s a large free parking lot, good breakfast included, and a big room. Overall okay for the price. The shower cabin was leaking, you can see the hotel is a bit neglected.

“Dovolená v Jeseníku”

Overall a nice place to stay, but if you’re staying longer the same breakfast keeps getting repetitive – a mix of salamis, cheeses, etc. would be better; otherwise the outdoor terrace is great and when it’s warm you can grab a beer 😁. The kids’ play equipment is in a bit of a bad condition: ping‑pong balls were broken and eventually disappeared, the sticks were gone, the billiard balls were missing, and so on.

The sleeping comfort was at the worst level – the beds were as hard as a night on a 48‑hour command, the bedding felt like the 80s, and the breakfast was dull, the only bright spot being the food at the restaurant, which was tolerable.
