It’s pretty. The humidity is a problem and they charge extra.

The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful, and the hotel is well placed about two and a half blocks from the central park.

A lovely garden where you can chat late into the night, a family‑like atmosphere, and very nice people!

By far the worst customer service. I tried calling and sent several messages before the date of “my stay” to cancel, but they never responded in any form. Still, they charged me half of the stay a week before the chosen date, and later I saw they charged me the full price of my stay, $270 A NIGHT. They had clearly said only $105 would be charged as a penalty. Worst of the worst.
