The staff were absolutely brilliant, so helpful, nothing was too much for them, and they offered free afternoon tea and nibbles.

The staff were very attentive, dedicated, helpful and friendly, but the room’s view was ugly, the comfort level was low, and the hotel’s spaces and services were limited.

We had a very comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, guiding us on the trails and giving us walking sticks that saved us a lot of time :) They offered a courtesy tea service at 17:00, which we appreciated after our long walk. The room was clean and warm, and the bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the bus terminal (5 min on foot), near several restaurants and two supermarkets. I definitely recommend this place; we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The location is good, close to the city’s main avenue. We had a problem with a bad mattress and the team promptly moved us to a room with a new mattress (I believe they are replacing old mattresses). The hotel’s heating is very good and the water is warm. The staff are great, super friendly, and eager to help with trail itineraries and checking weather forecasts. They were very helpful. Breakfast is excellent, with fruit salad (essential for me), very good bread, and you can order eggs. I highly recommend the hotel. They also offer the option to make sandwiches and more substantial snacks for long hikes, which helps a lot with logistics.
