Breakfast was flawless – sweet and savory options for everyone, high‑quality products, and Giovanna was a perfect host, taking care of us. Maybe offer a few more soft drinks, otherwise nothing to complain about.

Giovanna is a wonderful host, always cheerful, bakes excellent pastries and cakes for breakfast, gives great excursion tips, and you can tell she loves renting to guests from the first moment. The rooms are lovingly decorated, everything is spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and the view of Lago Maggiore is fantastic. We felt very, very at home with you and your family, dear Giovanna, and we’ll gladly return. All the best to you, Tanja and Stefan.

The view is stunning, the bathroom is lovely, and breakfast is delicious. The road to the property is poor, it was very hot – over 30°C – so an air‑con would be advisable.

A great place with lovingly designed rooms and an amazing view of the lake. Breakfast is all good. Keep in mind there are a few steps to climb; it didn’t bother me, but the house sits above, so the incline is noticeable.
