The front desk staff were warm and even upgraded us to a two‑room family suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was the shower – it was clogged with limescale and could use more frequent replacement.

We loved the breakfast, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were attentive; the restaurant even played Chopin nocturnes, which was a nice touch. A special shout‑out to driver Anar for getting us to the bus station right on time, though the room itself felt a bit cramped and not very comfortable.
