When I mentioned that the reservation and location didn't match, they responded immediately and arranged it exactly as I wanted. The room was a bit far from the elevator, so for older guests it would be better if it were closer.

The ocean view was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide menu and tasted good. I would have liked a large public bath.

The location is great. I booked a sea‑view room on a whim, and it was beautiful. The station is also close. The room was huge and the bed was very large.

The room is pretty and very spacious. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall, which is convenient and not far from the train station and bus stop. The hotel feels cold and soulless. The staff are polite but nothing more. We booked three nights. For the price paid, a few small touches would have been appreciated, such as a complimentary coffee capsule for the first morning, but other mornings you have to pay. There are no free water bottles and parking is expensive. There is no street parking around as mentioned. For check‑in, we arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and had to wait 10 minutes in the hall before being registered even though the room was ready. These small details made us less satisfied with the experience. Additionally, the hotel is at least 30–40 minutes on foot from the city’s attractions. A little tip: the view is nicer from the city side than the sea side.

“北海道一周旅行”

The view was good, the bathtub was long enough to stretch your legs, the parking is indoor and free to enter and exit, and the restaurants are in the same building. The Otaru Canal is a bit far.
