The best service of all the hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing missing was a free take‑away coffee, which was absurd to pay 35.00 for given the daily rate. That was perfect at the Sr Regis in Shanghai.

Booking.comさんの特典でお部屋をグレードアップしていただけたため、広くてゴージャスでとても快適なお部屋だったこと。プールやサウナ、ジャグジーなどの施設が豪華でお得感が有ったこと。 友人夫婦と２部屋予約したらコネクティングルームにしていただけたこと。 キングベッドも快適で、2人で寝ても全く干渉せずグッスリ眠れたこと。. プールサイドで軽食をと思いましたが、$500の朝食セットしか選べませんでした。（しかも量が多くて食べ切れなかった）スナックなどの選択肢が有ると良かったです。 あとは部屋からルーフトップBar（フィリックス）に行くのに一度1階に降りなければならなかったのも不便に思いました。ルーフトップBarでは夜景の見える席に座りたかったのですが、お酒だけと言ったらカウンターに通され、イスが高くて座りにくかったのですぐに退散しました。年配の4人だったので、少し配慮が欲しかったです。

Breakfast was right next to my room and met all my needs, and the hotel’s spot was spot‑on for shopping and sightseeing.
