The receptionist was friendly, but the place smelled strong of cigarette and looked a bit messy.

I liked the breakfast and the check‑in service, yet on the second day the room wasn’t cleaned, towels, toilet paper and tissues weren’t restocked, and they didn’t pick up the trash—so I had to collect it myself and leave it outside for them. The room felt humid and smelled like freshly cleaned carpet that hadn’t dried; the old, loud A/C didn’t cool well and overall the place needs a lot of improvement.
