The apartment was gorgeous and super comfy, and the resort itself was amazing. The recreation crew – John, Cria, Aunt Lu, and Fernanda from the apartment – were all so helpful, so I totally recommend Block C, apartment 1207. I also loved the solar water feature. On the downside, I felt the resort was short on staff; everyone I asked was a third‑party and didn’t know what to say.

The apartment was great, and the breakfast spread was huge – everything I could want, loved it. I didn’t eat lunch there because it closes at 3 pm and I was at the thermas at that time. The gym was simple but better than nothing, and the kiddie ball pool, tic‑tac‑toe, game room, all were cool. Too bad I didn’t get to use everything, but I’ll come back to try it all.

Very spacious, clean, and the pool had awesome attractions. Nothing else to add – it was perfect.

I liked the place – it felt family‑friendly. The problem was that my trip was already booked, but when I checked in the reservation had been cancelled, and the staff didn’t help me sort it out at all.

The whole setup – rooms, breakfast, everything – was solid. But I think the hotel needs a bit more maintenance; many areas look worn out. I’ve been here four times and it feels like nobody’s really taking care of it, especially the rooms with paint peeling and other little details.
