The hotel offered us some breakfast tickets at 10 eu each per day per person. We purchased 6 breakfasts (2 per day). Unfortunately after our first experience we realized the restaurant quality and variety of food was not good enough so we decided to request a refund for the other remaining 4 breakfast which was denied for no reason. Breakfast was a disaster

Very comfortable facilities. Prime location right in the middle of town. The bathroom is a step lower, very solid but also very nice.

The location is good, the apartment itself is well equipped. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. From the moment you enter, the apartment gives a very bad impression because of a strong, unpleasant smell. I don’t know if it’s damp or some paint on the walls, but it was terribly annoying. The guy who cleaned was very friendly and tried to spray everywhere, but it made no difference. For allergy sufferers this is a very unpleasant experience.

Only the location mattered! Tea, coffee and water weren’t replaced daily. The air‑conditioning units were unusable because they were very noisy. During my stay the temperature ranged from 32 to 36 °C. When I told management on the second day they sent a technician to inspect them; he said a new compressor was needed but nothing was done. The TV didn’t work; the technician found the remote batteries flat. The windows aren’t soundproof. The place is on a small street, yet it was noisy every night and into the night, with people shouting and laughing until 4 a.m. When showering the water supply would stop at least once during each shower and then return cold. We had to return to the room three times during the week to find the apartment door left open, presumably by housekeeping. When I raised this with management they seemed unconcerned. Breakfast is at a café about a 5‑minute walk away, offering one drink and two pastries. When booking I was promised gluten‑free options; I was offered gluten‑free cake on three consecutive days, which was hard and stale. The café owner promised daily gluten‑free muffins, but that never happened. We had to buy breakfast elsewhere. I will never visit or recommend this place again. Very disappointed!
