The size of our private space was great, and every detail was considered—from coffee to the dish‑washing area, good air‑conditioning, a stunning view, and incredibly good personal service. We would have preferred to stay anywhere else!

Great location; a cottage on the water with direct access to the lake. The host was friendly and very reachable via WhatsApp, arranging a nearby dinner for us in the evening. Everything was set up for cooking yourself. The drive there is a bit challenging if you don’t have an SUV, but it’s doable if you drive carefully. It’s a shame we could only stay one night. The Wi‑Fi in the cottage wasn’t great, but it didn’t bother us.

What a place, what a view, what a peace! No complaints.

Staying near the lake at Panalake gave a completely different vibe – it’s super quiet and relaxing, and we could use the kayaks, paddleboards, or just swim. Sam and his family were incredibly friendly and very flexible with check‑in and check‑out times, which let us enjoy the place a lot more. The cabins are pet‑friendly too. The downside is that the cabins get a bit hot during the day, so it’s better to spend the day outside on the lake.

The view was spectacular and the bed was comfortable, though the photos made it look a bit more luxurious than it actually is. Overall, it was still very good. The only issue was that it was a bit far and the photos didn’t match the reality.
