The location is good. They assigned me a different room and wouldn’t give me a better one, even though it wasn’t the same room I booked. The air conditioning was bad all the time and they wouldn’t admit there was a problem or arrange a repair after two days of suffering. Activities and animations were below the level of other places and didn’t meet my expectations. The food didn’t vary much in type and felt low quality.

The hotel is fully equipped, the public‑area Wi‑Fi is decent, and the view is good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are plentiful, and the staff are friendly. There’s a mall right outside the hotel to shop, so overall it met my expectations.
