“Incredible stay - feeling right at home”

The hotel is brand new, the rooms are impeccably clean and supremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived—photos can’t capture how good it actually is. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home from the start and always greeting us with bright smiles. There’s a restaurant offering excellent local dishes and international options. The rooftop is a delight, giving us a lovely view of the sunset and Mount Longonot. We also had an amazing driver, Mr. Charles, who was assigned to the hotel; he took us into town and handled all our tours. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Naivasha. Everything was amazing.

The room was nice, spacious, clean, and the bathroom was great. The staff were lovely and friendly, but it’s a bit away from shops and restaurants.

The breakfast still has room for improvement: no water, no juice, and coffee was served from a broken glass jug—absolutely unacceptable!

The meals were really good and the prices for items outside the buffet were modest. The rooms and facilities were great, and I had a great time at the gym with an instructor. The rooms don’t need air conditioning because the area is cool and the rooms are well ventilated. The location is a bit far from Lake Naivasha, and the access road from the Nakuru highway is under construction, giving a rough road, but the hotel overlooks the whole neighborhood with a good aerial view.
