The rustic structure is beautiful and welcoming, and the owner is very kind and affable. The place is a bit inconvenient to reach, but the scenery makes it worthwhile.

We stayed in room Loggia, which borders the pool—a great feature. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped for self‑catering. It was very hot, so they provided fans in the rooms. The advertised restaurant was no longer available, and the heat was intense; our spot on the courtyard was in full sun from about 10 am.

The surroundings are gorgeous with lovely landscaping and a nice pool. The hostess is smiling and welcoming, and the apartment is impeccably clean and pretty. The breakfast was a major let‑down: only long‑life cakes, shelf‑stable milk, and a juice bar. We had paid extra for breakfast and needed proper food before heading out on the Tuscany trail, so it would have been better to say they couldn’t offer breakfast.

Located directly on the Tuscany Trail route 2026, the property is stunning with a welcoming pool and staff who went above and beyond to provide dinner and breakfast for riders in a remote spot. It was truly enjoyable.
