This was to break a long journey; it was what I needed, and it was very clean. The bed felt softer than what I am used to, but it was very comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. This was very good value. I wasn't impressed by the breakfast voucher as MacDonalds nor Pret A Manger are my favourite for breakfast, but that's just me

It was great value for money, clean and comfortable, with a great staff at check‑in. The only small issues were a loose bath towel rail and some paint that needs touching up, nothing major.

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Ash who went “above and beyond” a couple of times. Our room was quiet, but we asked for it to be made up and it never happened, though that wasn’t a big deal.
