Location 2/5; I had no other choice but to pick this place. They provided normal tap water, which was so contaminated in Chennai that serious sickness was guaranteed. No hygiene, stayed 3 days, towel was not changed and no housekeeping performed. Staff was rude, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, excuses. Urinary smell in the entrance.

Renovations were in progress, making it too dusty. The rooms were small for the price stated. The location is quite unrecognizable, to be honest. The staff wouldn’t budge even a bit for your requests.
