Customer friendly staff , very polite & cooperative. Breakfast is the same throughout 3 days .No varieties, no quality at all .If I want to compare the same to the rates , it is highly disappointing

The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of options, though the South Indian dishes didn’t taste authentic; room service was solid.

The staff were courteous and the location was good, yet the flush didn’t work, the ready‑to‑make coffee pouches were expired, a single iron was missing for a piece of cloth, mineral water was insufficient, the quilt had stains, the shampoo and body wash were the same liquid in bottles, and the breakfast felt more like a display than tasty food.

Everything met my expectations—fantastic service, especially from Sumatra and Harpreet, who gave a warm welcome. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality and would thank them a lot!
