“Birthday Treat”
The décor is tasteful and the bed is extremely comfortable. The toiletries are lovely and the tea/coffee are good quality. It’s nice that cake is offered, and the balcony is lovely. Abbey at the Spa treated us well. However, it was confusing to find the check‑in, the sauna didn’t work – I had to use the provided number for help but no assistance arrived. There is a black rim around the toilet bowl, water is present, and there’s mold on the pillow. A nearby race track made screeching tyre noise disturb the “relaxing” environment.
