I was able to use the onsen at the neighboring Amanek Hotel, but when I arrived there was no one at the reception and I had to wait for someone to show up. The inn itself has very few facilities, and there’s no covered walkway between the two buildings.

The location was good and the infinity pool at the hotel next door was nice, plus the coffee in the room was high quality. The room was small – fine for a single night, but for a longer stay I’d pick a different room or a different hotel.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the onsen was great. The internet wasn’t very fast.

They claim there’s a parking lot, but it’s actually a paid lot in another building, not here. The room was awful, and the front desk staff had no idea about anything.
