I found staying at Pearl Avenue Hotel to be an improvement over my previous experiences, with no complaints to note.

The staff were helpful, but because we checked in late at night, we had to move to a different floor after discovering an issue with the room that was originally assigned to us.

The price and location were both great, yet there was water leaking from the sink and a leak in the bathroom cistern.
