There were no facilities to keep children or teenagers entertained.

The cabin was filthy, smelled bad, and seemed ready to collapse because the floor was uneven; the next day we learned we’d been assigned the wrong cabin and no offer was made to reallocate or compensate us for the subpar accommodation.
