The staff were heartfelt and loving, fulfilling every wish. The breakfast and location were a dream! The accommodation was clean and beautifully furnished. Highly recommended!

My wife, Mrs Novi, stayed at RatnaVana and was wowed by the hospitality level. The villa sits with a stunning jungle view just a few steps from the famous rice terraces, offering a peaceful retreat thanks to the attentive staff. The administration and management team were professional, responsive, and incredibly welcoming; from the moment she arrived, every detail was handled with care, and their can‑do attitude and local knowledge made her feel supported and well‑informed. The housekeeping team deserves top praise for keeping the villa spotless; Mrs Novi noted that every corner was pristine, letting her fully enjoy the jungle surroundings while the staff remained thorough yet discreet, preserving her privacy. Room service was a highlight: every meal arrived promptly, with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation, and dining in‑villa overlooking the lush canopy became a favorite thanks to the staff’s warmth and attention to her preferences.
