I stayed for four days and almost kept moving to different rooms. The property is in a good location, but the premises feel shady because there are group parties happening in the rooms and not in the banquet hall until 3:30 am despite repeated requests to reception, and no one complied. During my four days, most guests were couples, not families. They kept creating nuisance and shouting all night, which prevented proper sleep. When I asked staff to tell guests to stop making a nuisance in the gallery, they said they were owners’ guests and couldn’t do that. The washroom sinks and pipes were blocked in almost all rooms. There is no in‑house kitchen, so they don’t provide food, and the food they offer on request comes from street vendors. It’s better to order online. The staff never responded to any issue; they always give a reason to avoid helping you.

The property itself is fine, but the staff is very bad. The staff at the property are extremely rude, and they have the same rooms throughout the property, just showing different rooms on the app.

They’re flexible for late check‑in, but there’s no common breakfast facility—only room service, nothing exciting on the breakfast menu, and the property is infested with rats.
