Everything was perfect: the food and terrace made us feel right at home, the value for money was great, and the location was ideal—city center but a quiet neighborhood.

The location, staff, and views were excellent, and it was very peaceful; it’s just a short walk from Old Town with plenty of restaurants and strolls, and the view of the Citadel is breathtaking. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, but the price is still great.

The accommodation was superb, and from day one Wael Nofal, who reached out to me, was attentive, quick to respond, and very pleasant, making my stay in Jordan comfortable and relaxed; I highly recommend this place and its tour services.

The staff were rude, refusing to accept my reservation after I had booked; they even suggested I cancel and find another hotel, even though I spoke with them and they agreed to cancel, but they had no courtesy.
