The location was good, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke, needed repairs, and was unsuitable for families with children. On the bright side, the reception staff were friendly and pleasant.

We were checked in right away at around 20.00 and the mattress was comfortable. The room, however, was sweltering and stuffy—the radiators were on full blast, we turned them off and opened the windows but it didn’t help much—and it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom tap was broken; after reporting it, a maintenance worker arrived but the repair took a long time, eventually leading to a room change. The new room was still unbearably hot and heavily smoked, with cigarette smells everywhere, stained furniture and burnt holes. We stayed only one night and had to remain there. Noise was a problem: we could hear someone using the toilet in the neighboring room, and late‑night housekeeping was audible and disrupted sleep. There was no view from the window.
