Everything matched exactly what we wanted: a clean, cozy cottage, a host who was always ready to help, and absolute silence. It’s clear that they truly care about guest comfort. We’ll gladly return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

“Особа, яка керує даним помешкання неадекватна, не вміє спілкуватися, виставила нас з дворічною дитиною в 23:15, через ні”

When booking, I asked if a 2.5 kg small dog was allowed; the answer was no, and I was warned that we would be late because we were traveling from a holiday with a small child. Two days later, a cancellation request came because we were bringing a dog; I explained that we would arrive without the dog and late. Throughout, communication was in Russian with occasional Ukrainian words, and the woman was very difficult to converse with. We arrived on the day of booking at 23:15 and were told there was no reservation, supposedly cancelled by me! I showed the booking confirmation, but she didn’t even look at it and said we had cancelled, that there were no available rooms, and what to do with a two‑year‑old child at such a late hour—she didn’t know and it wasn’t her problem. We were forced to urgently find accommodation with decent treatment.

The property is large and beautiful, quiet and peaceful (you can only hear frogs croaking). There are play areas for kids, and you can sit in the evening on the gazebo by the lake. It would be better to arrive at the hotel by off‑road vehicle; the road surface is sad.

“Все супер.”

The area is nice, the room is clean, and the manager was open in communication, but there was no hair dryer in the room.

I really liked the location, the comfort, and the surrounding nature; it was enjoyable. No improvements needed—keep it up.
