I paid 2000 SAR at booking, non‑refundable, but when I arrived the price had dropped to 1500 SAR; I asked for the difference back, yet the hotel manager said they would refer the issue to Booking. The location is somewhat close to the Haram.

The stay was great, the hotel clean and tidy, and it’s about a 10‑minute walk or less from the Haram; I thank the front‑desk staff, especially Mr Abdullah Al‑Otaibi, for his helpfulness. Unfortunately, there are no car parking spaces and the parking is closed.

The bed in room 1207 was not aligned with the qibla, and a mat in the bathroom would have improved the experience.
