The room was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast excellent, the restaurant very good, and the staff very friendly. The pool and spa were catastrophic.

Breakfast, bar and rooms were good. The pool area was terrible, the changing rooms were all wet and dirty, and the self‑service lockers inside were wet and stiff.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the spa lovely, the food lovely, and most of the staff were very pleasant 😊. However, we were charged different prices for the same drinks depending on who served us: two drinks were all charged £10.50, but one staff member charged £12.00 for the same drinks, and he was quite rude when we asked about it.
