Federica greeted us with a warm welcome and spoke fluent English, which made everything feel effortless, and she followed up with a bunch of useful suggestions for activities and dining. The communication throughout was fast and straightforward. The location is charming, tucked into a lovely village, though parking can be tricky because the street is busy; we eventually found free spots a short walk away. The room itself was cozy and atmospheric, and even though the living room and kitchen were shared, the other unit was empty so we had the entire space to ourselves. A washing machine with a dryer was a great convenience, and the bed was superbly comfortable with high‑quality linens. On the downside, we couldn't locate a drying rack, and the shower temperature kept fluctuating wildly between cold and scorching hot.
