Alicia at the front desk greeted us wonderfully and handled all our requests with a smile and kindness; the shower spout was positioned too high, more suited for giants.

The location was good, but the lobby and room had a musty odor right when you entered, and I found 8 to 10 hairs on the sheets when I pulled them back.

Even though the system was down, they handled our booking smoothly and promptly refunded the correct amount when we were overcharged, and I have no complaints about our stay.
