The hotel was very clean, perfectly situated for walking around the village. Rooms on the 3rd floor had terraces with beautiful scenery and were well equipped. For the other rooms, I had more doubts. The Wi‑Fi worked, the TV did too. The bedding was comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have parking, but offers spots in a nearby lot, which can be full. The bathroom in the terrace room could use better ventilation.

It’s super clean, practically in the center of Tapalpa. Everything nearby is close. The price‑service ratio is excellent. The staff were very kind. They lent us an iron, coffee was available, and it’s not noisy. All card types are accepted. It’s just a matter of taste; I’m fine.
